Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email for easy printing.

  Pack and Ship

  Place your items back in the original melin packaging to prevent crushing, attach the prepaid label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
